DMCA and Copyright Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
Dollsads respects copyright and expects people who use this website to respect it as well. If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details below so we can review it.
1. What to include in a notice
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of an authorised representative.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL or a clear location of the material being reported.
- Your name, email address and other contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
2. Review and removal
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may review the report, contact the relevant account holder and remove or restrict access to material where appropriate. A report does not automatically establish infringement, and we may request additional information before acting.
3. Counter-notification
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification explaining the material, its former location, your contact information, your good-faith belief that removal was mistaken and your consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable copyright law.
4. Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and supported by the available facts, we may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or submit abusive copyright complaints.
5. Send a report
Copyright complaints should be sent through our Contact page with the subject “Copyright Notice”. Please replace this instruction with your designated copyright agent's real email address before publishing.
